Hoang Mai: Two trucks collided, one person in critical condition

(Baonghean.vn)- At about 4:50 p.m. on September 29, on National Highway 1A, passing through Quynh Thien ward (Hoang Mai town), a traffic accident occurred between two trucks, seriously injuring one person.

According to people who witnessed the accident, at the time, two trucks were traveling in the same direction from Vinh to Hanoi. When reaching block 7, Quynh Thien ward, the driver of truck with license plate 90T-6257 signaled to turn onto the road to Hoang Mai cement factory. While the truck was turning onto the road, suddenly the truck with license plate 63C-04562 traveling in the same direction behind, due to not controlling the speed, hit the back of the truck.

The front of the truck behind was crushed.

The strong collision crushed the cabin of the car behind, broke the glass, and trapped the co-driver inside. Passersby had to use a crowbar to rescue him and take him to the emergency room in critical condition.

After the accident, Hoang Mai town traffic police were present at the scene to direct traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
