The chairman of HAGL Club stated that this tournament will see HAGL as the host team, welcoming Yokohama Club and a guest team from Vietnam between January 22nd and 31st next year.

This is the time when Tuan Anh might be playing for the Vietnam U23 national team in the 2016 AFC U23 Championship finals in Qatar from January 12-30, 2016.
