Tuan Anh and Yokohama will face HAGL in the Tri-Team Tournament.
As early as January, Tuan Anh could join his new teammates at Yokohama FC to face HAGL in the Three-Team Tournament held at Pleiku Stadium.
According to information shared by bầu Đức (Chairman of HAGL) at the signing ceremony of the comprehensive cooperation agreement between HAGL and Yokohama (Japan), in January 2016, Tuấn Anh will have the opportunity to face the team from Pleiku at Pleiku Stadium in the Tri-Team International Friendly Tournament, along with his new teammates from the J-League 2 club.
The chairman of HAGL Club stated that this tournament will see HAGL as the host team, welcoming Yokohama Club and a guest team from Vietnam between January 22nd and 31st next year.

This is the time when Tuan Anh might be playing for the Vietnam U23 national team in the 2016 AFC U23 Championship finals in Qatar from January 12-30, 2016. According to the schedule, Coach Miura's team will face Jordan (January 14), Australia (January 17), and finally UAE (January 24) in the group stage.
If Tuan Anh fails to advance from the group stage at the continental youth tournament, he will return to Vietnam early with the team to participate in Yokohama's two matches in Vietnam on January 26th and 29th.

Of course, this also depends heavily on the physical condition of the midfielder from Thai Binh. At this time, Tuan Anh is suffering from a persistent knee injury and often has to play with his left knee wrapped in a white bandage. The player born in 1995 also had to leave the training session yesterday with his teammates in the Vietnam U23 national team due to pain and was diagnosed by doctors as a recurrence of his knee injury.
According to experts, Tuan Anh's recurring injuries are due to his inability to handle the intensity of continuous exercise. It's worth remembering that the midfielder missed the recent SEA Games 28 in Singapore due to biceps tendonitis in his thigh after a grueling season helping HAGL avoid relegation in the V-League 2015.

Returning to the international three-team friendly tournament organized by Chairman Duc in January, the HAGL club president said that the team from Pleiku will make good use of the opportunity to compete against invited opponents, especially Yokohama, a professional team from Japan's J-League 2.
