Mr. Nguyen Huu Dam, Director of Dai Thanh Loc Co., Ltd., is a successful son of Nam Dan in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2000, fulfilling his investment commitment at the invitation of the leaders of Nghe An province, he invested in Nam Hung, establishing the largest pig farm in Nghe An and the entire North Central region. The farm, covering 26 hectares and isolated from residential areas, has been operational since 2013, housing a total of 2,400 breeding sows. Each month, 5,200 piglets are sold. The farm is a joint venture with CP, a Thai animal feed company. Wastewater from the pig farm is treated through a system of 7 settling ponds and filters to ensure compliance with standards before being discharged into the environment.
