Teaching tea growing to ethnic minorities in Hoa Son commune (Anh Son)

(Baonghean.vn) - Thai people in Hoa Son commune (Anh Son) have just undergone a 3-month training course onpractical tea growing techniques.

Tea gardens are being expanded in Hoa Son commune (Anh Son)

After 3 months of training, the trainees have acquired knowledge of recognizing and identifying the ecological characteristics of industrial tea varieties in the area to know how to choose new varieties, fertilize, prevent pests, harvest and preserve quality tea effectively. Thereby, they know how to plant and care for tea effectively. During the training period, each trainee is supported by the vocational training center with 15,000 VND/person/day.

This course is organized by Anh Son Vocational Training Center in coordination with Hoa Son Commune People's Committee to expand the area and increase tea productivity in the area.
