Discussing the plan to convert Song Con Agricultural One Member Co., Ltd.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 16, Comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the Standing Committee of Tan Ky District Party Committee and Song Con Agricultural One Member Co., Ltd. to discuss plans to speed up the progress of company arrangement and conversion according to Resolution No. 30 NQ/TU of the Politburo and Decree 118/2014/ND/CP of the Prime Minister.

Also attending were representatives from a number of provincial departments, leaders and representatives of the company's employees.

At the meeting, leaders and representatives of officers, employees and workers of Song Con Agricultural One Member Co., Ltd. expressed their wishes, recommendations and proposals to convert the Company into a joint stock company.

Overview of the working session.

After listening to the opinions of representatives of provincial departments, leaders of Tan Ky district, representatives of the Company's staff, workers, comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: In the coming time, the company will continue to direct its staff, workers and employees to maintain stable production. At the same time, the Department of Finance was assigned to establish a working group to inspect and preliminarily determine the capital, assets, and financial issues of Song Con Agricultural One Member Co., Ltd. in 2014 and 2015.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant departments to establish a working group to inspect the situation of land management and use at the company to advise the Provincial People's Committee on a plan to transfer land for short-term crops and ponds to the local government for management. The inspection will be completed by the end of November 2015 and a report will be prepared for the Provincial People's Committee to consider./.
