Opening the working session this morning, the Secretary of the session presented the draft Resolution on tasks for 2016; the draft Resolution on the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2016 - 2020.

Regarding these two resolutions, the provincial People's Council delegates basically agreed and highly agreed with the draft, and at the same time discussed further some cultural and sports family indicators, health indicators, forest coverage...
