Quynh Luu: 8 fishing boats built according to Decree 67

(Baonghean.vn) - In the first 9 months of 2015, Quynh Luu district had 8 newly built fishing boats according to Decree 67 of the Government. Of these, there were 6 wooden-hulled boats and 2 steel-hulled boats.

Quynh Luu currently has 1,322 fishing boats with a total capacity of over 336,500 CV.

Currently, the district is making a list to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval to supplement 6 project owners to register for loans to build ships according to Decree 67/CP and up to this point, 39 ships have been approved by the province.

Quynh Luu district currently has 1,322 fishing boats with a total capacity of over 336,500 CV, of which 740 boats have a capacity of 90 CV or more, an increase of 45% compared to 2010. The newly built boats have large capacity, equipped with modern equipment to serve communication, determine the location and volume of fish schools, such as: radar, satellite positioning, ICOM communication equipment, fish finders... contributing to increasing output, economic efficiency and contributing to protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands.
