(Baonghean.vn) - On Wednesday, October 14, the Australian government warned that Australia will not tolerate any "intimidation" in its legal investigation into the victims of the MH17 plane crash in eastern Ukraine.

On October 13, Dutch investigators made a final conclusion that the warhead that shot down MH17 was from separatist forces. In response to the above information, Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop declared that the government of this country "will continue to seek justice for the unfortunate victims of flight MH17".

Australia will seek justice for the victims of flight MH17 through its own legal investigation, Ms. Julie Bishop announced.

Ms Julie Bishop said Russia would seek to discredit the investigators but Australia would not back down in its quest for justice.

It is known that among the 298 passengers on the ill-fated Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur in July 2014, 38 were Australian nationals.

For his part, Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull welcomed the investigation report. Mr. Malcolm Turnbull stated, “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and loved ones of the victims of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17.”
