(Baonghean.vn) - On December 31, the Tax Department established two inspection teams to inspect tax declarations for business households according to the new policy -Circular No. 92/2015/TT-BTC.

The delegation inspected tax law compliance at Vinh Branch, Vinh market tax team, some wards and communes and Dien Chau district.

The inspection content is the public posting to collect opinions on the revenue and tax payable of business households paying taxes according to the lump-sum method.

This public announcement must be made twice: the first time (expected) and the second time is official. The public announcement point is at the one-stop department of the Sub-Department, the People's Committee of the commune, ward, town, the tax team headquarters, the Market Management Board... and at the same time, send the above public announcement documents to the People's Council and the Fatherland Front of the district, ward, town of each individual business.

Inspections at Vinh Branch showed that the publicity was well implemented, most business individuals declared and submitted tax returns. Currently, Vinh Branch is managing more than 8,000 business households, Dien Chau Tax Branch is managing nearly 4,000 business households, these are 2 areas with developed trade and services.

It is known that the inspection results of the Tax Department are one of the bases for the Tax Branch to establish and approve the tax register of business individuals paying lump-sum tax.
