Listening to and learning from the experiences of collectives and individuals who have competed, contributed, worked, and created was the prevailing atmosphere throughout the exchange program. Attendees and audience members had the opportunity to converse with six outstanding individuals and groups representing exemplary advanced collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movement of Nghe An province over the past five years.

Sharing about the success of Trung Do Granite Factory in recent years in building a trustworthy brand for a large number of consumers, Mr. Le Xuan Dat - Director of the factory, said: The company has implemented many technical solutions and initiatives, as well as launched emulation movements within the unit to increase production efficiency and enhance competitiveness in the market. The company's success stems from the belief that "we must strive to build a good life for our employees, then ensure the prosperity of the company, and fulfill our obligations to the State well"... Meanwhile, Mr. Hoang Thanh Binh - an electrical and mechanical worker - shared about a technical improvement initiative that benefited his company. This initiative involved replacing spring-loaded limit switches with a photoelectric sensor with a control circuit in the bag-making machine's production line, overcoming line errors and product defects that caused significant waste, and saving considerable production costs; In addition, he also initiated solutions to fix the heat exchanger in the air dryer and redesigned the electrical system on the PE cutting machine. Mr. Binh said: "With knowledge and skills, one cannot simply sit idly by and watch mistakes occur without finding ways to resolve and fix them..."
The delegates attending the exchange night were deeply moved by the life story of disabled artist Chu Vinh Duc (Vinh City). Aware of his health condition, he overcame his disability and his fate to self-study, completing his high school education; becoming an artist through passion; and becoming an English teacher through a strong will to learn. Currently, Chu Vinh Duc also serves as the Vice President of the Vinh City Association of People with Disabilities and actively participates in many other social activities. The talented artist shared: “I always try my best in everything because I don't want to be a burden to my family and society. And happiness only comes to those who know how to aspire and turn it into action in life…” And also the life story and exemplary medical ethics of Doctor Va Ba Tua – Head of the Mai Son Commune Health Station, Tuong Duong District. As the first Hmong person from Tuong Duong district to attend university and become a doctor for the local community, Dr. Va Ba Tua, with his enthusiasm, responsibility, and conscience as a physician, has wholeheartedly cared for the health of the people, even using his own money to buy medicine for poor patients. Dr. Va Ba Tua confided: "The people raised me, so I have a responsibility to give back. I always treat patients like family."

During the exchange night, Colonel Tran Hai Binh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Border Guard Command, recounted the difficulties, contributions, and silent sacrifices of the soldiers in green uniforms, especially those with many achievements in the fight against drug crimes. Colonel Tran Hai Binh said: “To effectively protect national border security and sovereignty, the border guard force must truly be closely connected with the people in the border region. The army and the people are like fish and water; every officer and soldier of the Nghe An border guard is dedicated and committed to helping improve the lives of the people in all aspects.”… Meanwhile, People's Artist Trinh Hong Luu, Deputy Director of the Center for Preservation and Promotion of Nghe An Folk Song Heritage, shared heartfelt stories about her life intertwined with folk melodies. The female artist, whom many colleagues consider to have wholeheartedly “breathed life” into the folk songs of the Vi and Giam genres, spoke about the songs that stirred her blood, helping her forget the burden of making ends meet; Speaking of the aspiration to take folk songs and melodies further and more widely, so that all people of Nghe An province and overseas Vietnamese can sing them, and folk songs have a firm place in contemporary cultural and spiritual life...
