Lesson 1:Treats pain due to poor blood circulation, causing anemia: 100g of peony bark, 1,000g of angelica; 200g of Chinese yam, Solomon's seal, red polygonum, and red salvia; 100g of white poria, ophiopogon, and alisma each; 50g of tangerine peel, Chinese clematis root, and Chinese clematis bark. Grind into powder, make into 5g pills. Take 1 pill per day, for 10-15 consecutive days.

Lesson 2:Treatment of high blood pressure: 8g peony bark, 16g rehmannia root, 12g Chinese yam; 8g each of cornus officinalis, alisma, poria, and angelica and white peony root. Boil and drink one dose per day, divided into 2 doses. Use continuously for 7-10 days.

Lesson 3:Treatment of duodenal ulcers: 8g peony bark, 12g white peony; 8g each of tangerine peel, gardenia fruit, fritillary, alisma, coptis; 6g tangerine peel, 4g cornus officinalis. Boil and drink one dose per day, divided into 2 doses per day. Use for 10 consecutive days.

Lesson 4:Treatment of nervous breakdown: 8g peony bark; 12g each of wolfberry, rehmannia glutinosa, Chinese yam, uncaria rhynchophylla, Chinese clematis root, and ophiopogon japonicus; 8g each of chrysanthemum, cornus officinalis, alisma, poria, jujube seed, and dodder seed. Boil and drink one dose per day, divided into 2 doses. Use for 7-10 days.

Lesson 5: Support treatment of diabetes: 12g peony bark; 20g each of rehmannia glutinosa and Chinese yam; 12g each of wolfberry and gypsum; 8g each of cornus officinalis, gypsum and Chinese clematis. Boil and drink one dose per day, divided into 2 doses per day. Each course of treatment is 7 days.

Lesson 6:Treating dysmenorrhea: 8g each of peony bark, peach seed, safflower, scutellaria root, and cyperus rotundus; 6g of costus root, and 4g of licorice. Boil and drink during the day, divided into 2 doses. Use for 5-7 days.

Lesson 7: Treatment of menorrhagia: 12g of peony bark, 20g of black-roasted clematis flower; 12g each of earthworm, acacia, blood dragon, white peony, and rehmannia. Boil and drink one dose per day, divided into 3 doses per day. Use for 3-7 days.

Lesson 8:Cure for boils and swelling: Peony bark, red peony, blood horn, licorice vine, locust bean, sawtooth dogwood, scrophularia, ophiopogon, achyranthes, achyranthes, wood ear, coptis, gardenia fruit, each 12g. Boil and drink one dose per day, divided into 2 doses, drink during the day. Use for 3-5 days.
