Reviewing the organization of the 12th National Party Congress

On the morning of January 17th, Comrade Le Hong Anh, Member of the Political Bureau and Standing Secretary of the Central Committee, personally inspected the rehearsal work and related items and tasks for serving the 12th National Congress of the Party. He also held a meeting to direct necessary tasks to ensure that the preparations and organization of the Congress meet the set requirements.

Joining the inspection team were Politburo member and Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, leaders of four central offices, leaders of central committees, ministries, and agencies, and relevant forces.

The delegation conducted a comprehensive inspection of all preparations for the Congress at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum area and the National Convention Center - where the 12th Congress will be held, and also attended and directed rehearsals of several related programs that will take place during the Congress.

The delegation inspected the organization of the Party and State leadership delegations and other delegates visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the ceremonial arrangements at the Congress Hall, the Congress Press Center, the operation of functional departments, the work of ensuring communication, security plans, and traffic management... serving the Congress.

Up to this point, generally speaking, the agencies, departments, and forces undertaking various tasks to serve the Congress have basically ensured that the requirements for progress, quality, and objectives have been met.

Some preparatory work and rehearsals have been and are being continuously carried out in practice, as well as the development of implementation plans.

At the meeting, representatives from several Congress Subcommittees and various forces reported on the status of their tasks, offered feedback, and provided suggestions on issues that need to be accelerated, as well as solutions to existing obstacles and problems.

Comrade Le Hong Anh requested that all units and organizations continue to thoroughly understand and disseminate the programs and tasks to be implemented with utmost care and attention, and to prepare all related work in the best possible way to serve the Party Congress.

The subcommittees and relevant forces continuously review the implementation stages, hold meetings, learn from experience, anticipate all situations and plans, and make timely adjustments to ensure that all related issues meet the set objectives, run smoothly, and are coordinated effectively.
