Dien Chau attracts nearly 1,600 billion VND in new investment.

(Baonghean.vn) - Dien Chau is one of the bright spots in the province in attracting investment. Currently, there are 9 newly registered projects in the district with a total capital of nearly 1,600 billion VND.

These projects include: a mixed-use commercial and residential complex (Dien Thanh commune) invested by Hoang Son Construction Co., Ltd.; the Dien Ky 35-hectare mixed-use urban and commercial service complex invested by OLECO International Labor Cooperation Company; the Dai Duong commercial, service and residential complex project in Dien Hong commune; the construction of a commercial center, furniture supermarket, hotel and service facility in Dien Hong commune; the plastic resin and plastic products manufacturing plant project invested by Ha Tien Investment and Development Joint Stock Company in Dien Yen; the Kim Anh Commercial Center - Hotel and Service project (Dien Hong)...

Previously, nine investment projects with a total registered capital of nearly 1,500 billion VND (including one 100% foreign-invested enterprise) had commenced operations in the district, contributing to economic transformation, development, and job creation in the area.

Notable examples include: the South Korean Namsung Vina garment factory, the Phu Dien hotel-apartment complex project, the Dien Chau Commercial Hotel, and the Xuri Vietnam-China fishmeal production plant.
