Football at the Phu Dong Sports Festival this time was played in a round-robin format at all three levels: primary, secondary and high school, with 4 teams participating in each event. These were all excellent champions at the cluster-level Phu Dong Sports Festival.

In the end, for men's football, high school level, the first prize went to Thanh Chuong team, the second and third prizes went to Tan Ky and Quynh Luu respectively. At the secondary level, Thanh Chuong was the first prize winner, the second prize went to Thai Hoa town, and the third prize went to Yen Thanh district. At the primary level, the first prize went to Vinh city team, the second and third prizes went to Do Luong and Yen Thanh respectively.

Women's football only has teams at high school level. As a result, first place went to Dien Chau team, second place to Thanh Chuong team and third place to Anh Son team.
