According to information from the North Central Hydrometeorological Station at 4:00 p.m. on November 13, through monitoring satellite cloud images and Vinh Weather Radar, convective clouds are developing strongly in the North Central region, such as the districts of Quynh Luu; Quy Hop; Con Cuong and coastal areas of the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh.
