Vinamilk milk is a hit with Russians.

At the High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Fair currently taking place in Moscow, Russia, Vinamilk's product display booth made a strong impression, attracting a large number of visitors, and Russian consumers in particular showed great enthusiasm for Vinamilk's liquid milk and powdered milk products.

Vinamilk will boost exports to the Russian market.

With the aim of promoting investment and trade in the Russian Federation market, introducing and promoting high-quality Vietnamese dairy products to consumers there; and simultaneously accessing the Russian market, from November 12, 2015 to December 12, 2015, Vinamilk, along with several other Vietnamese businesses, participated in the "High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Moscow 2015" trade fair at the Hanoi-Moscow Multi-functional Complex Trade Center, Moscow, Russian Federation.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the Russian Federation, and Mr. Do Thang Hai, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, visited Vinamilk's booth at the High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Fair in the Russian Federation.

At this year's High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Fair in Moscow, Vinamilk had a booth of over 100m2 to display and introduce its range of internationally quality nutritional products, meeting the needs of all consumer groups with delicious, nutritious, and healthy products associated with leading and popular brands in Vietnam today such as: Vinamilk liquid milk, Vinamilk yogurt, Ong Tho and Ngoi Sao Phuong Nam condensed milk, Dielac powdered milk, Vfresh fruit juice, Vinamilk ice cream, Goldsoy soy milk… to the Vietnamese diaspora and people in Russia. At the fair, Vinamilk also organized product sampling for Russian consumers and won the favor of Russian consumers for its products, especially liquid milk, soy milk, and soft drinks.

Vinamilk representatives are introducing to Russian consumers the high-quality, diverse products of Vinamilk – the leading dairy company in Vietnam and the only dairy brand in the Vietnamese industry to be honored as a National Brand four times in a row by the Vietnamese Government.

With experience exporting to over 40 countries, including European markets, Vinamilk took its first steps towards entering the Russian market just before the trade fair with shipments to St. Petersburg. Based on positive feedback from the European and Russian markets for the company's products, Vinamilk plans to further strengthen its development strategy and expand its operations in these countries. These international investment and business plans will contribute to realizing Vinamilk's goal of achieving $3 billion in sales and becoming one of the world's top 50 dairy companies. Therefore, Vinamilk views this trade fair not only as an opportunity to expand its market but also to seek potential distribution partners to collaborate with and penetrate the Russian market. In addition to attending the trade fair, Vinamilk representatives also participated in trade promotion activities and seminars held alongside the event.

At the trade fair, Vinamilk also organized product samples for Russian consumers and won the favor of Russian consumers, especially for its liquid milk, soy milk, and soft drinks.

Vinamilk is the only dairy brand in Vietnam to have been honored as a National Brand by the Vietnamese Government four times in a row. The CEO and many senior managers of Vinamilk today have received comprehensive training in the dairy industry in Russia and are currently making significant contributions to the development of the Vietnamese dairy industry in recent years. Every year, Vinamilk selects outstanding students from Vietnamese universities and sends them to Russia for specialized dairy training before they return to work at Vinamilk.

Currently in Vietnam, Vinamilk holds approximately 53% of the liquid milk market share, 84% of the yogurt market share, and 80% of the condensed milk market share. Vinamilk also has a widespread distribution and sales network; in Vietnam, Vinamilk products are currently available at more than 212,000 retail outlets, 100 company-owned product showrooms, and 650 supermarkets nationwide.

In the first nine months of 2015, despite fierce competition from domestic and international companies, Vinamilk achieved impressive business results, exceeding its targets. Net revenue in the third quarter reached VND 10,549 billion, a 20.5% increase compared to the same period in 2014. Gross profit for the first nine months of 2015 reached VND 5,877 billion, a 35.4% increase compared to the same period in 2014, thanks to a restructuring of its product portfolio, focusing on high-performing products. Vinamilk also led the list of Vietnam's 50 most valuable brands, as announced by the UK-based brand valuation consulting firm Brand Finance in early October.
