Comrade Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended and directed the meeting.

In 2015, the activities of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council were comprehensively and qualitatively implemented in the contents within its functions and authority.

The preparation work for the Provincial People's Council meetings must increase responsibility, pay attention to reviewing and synthesizing the implementation results of the Committee's recommendations and the conclusions of the questioning sessions in the cultural and social fields so that the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee can continue to urge the Provincial People's Committee to direct the resolution.

The work of reviewing reports, submissions, and draft resolutions submitted at meetings should focus on clarifying the legal basis and conditions for implementation after promulgation to ensure the resolution has vitality.
