1) Develop an action plan and promptly implement the Provincial Party Committee's Resolution.

On the morning of November 6th, Comrade Ho Duc Phoc, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired an online meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee with the Secretaries of the District, City, and Town Party Committees. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized several key tasks for the coming period: All levels, sectors, and localities need to focus on developing and issuing action programs to implement and promptly put into practice the resolutions of the 18th Provincial Party Congress and the resolutions of the District, City, and Town Party Congresses.
2) Providing over 935 tons of rice to poor students.

To help poor students in mountainous areas attend school, the Provincial People's Committee has decided to provide over 935 tons of rice to impoverished students. Eleven districts and towns will receive this rice support: Thanh Chuong, Anh Son, Tan Ky, Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son, and Thai Hoa town.
3) - Revenue of 650 billion VND from land use rights auctions.

On the morning of November 6th, Mr. Le Xuan Dai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a working session with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to hear about the implementation of land use rights auctions. According to the report presented at the meeting, in the first 10 months of 2015, revenue from land auctions in Nghe An province reached nearly 650 billion VND.
4) - 21 samples of bottled water found to contain harmful bacteria.

Last week, the inter-agency inspection team of Nghe An province collected 37 samples from 37 bottled water production facilities in the province for testing at the Institute of Food Safety and Hygiene (Ministry of Health). The results showed that 21 out of 37 samples did not meet quality standards and contained bacteria that are dangerous to humans...
