Nghe An successfully produces grenade launchers

(Baonghean.vn)- After a period of trial production, the GPL-90CT Grenade Launcher product manufactured on an industrial line in Nghe An was put into training and combat.

On November 17, the Acceptance Council of Military Region 4 led by Major General Nguyen Huu Truyen, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region, conducted the acceptance of the GPL-90CT Grenade Launcher product manufactured on the industrial line in Nghe An.

Grenade launcher products are manufactured in Nghe An.

This product was directed by Military Region 4, manufactured by 250 Phu Quy Mechanical and Construction Joint Stock Company (Nghe An) according to the 2015 industrial mobilization target, including 10 parts. The Military Region 4 Acceptance Council conducted a verification of the conformity of the product manufacturing records; checked the drawings, boxes, packaging, surfaces, dimensions of the parts and conducted a test firing to check the durability, stability, operational reliability and features of the GPL - 90CT Grenade Launcher.

The test results show that the product is guaranteed to be correct in design, meeting technical and tactical requirements; the launcher operates well, ensuring the required rigidity, the test firing organization, the launch speed and range of the bullet force meet the prescribed standards, ensuring absolute safety.

The product was accepted by the Council and allowed to be put into service and used in training and combat of the Military Region's Armed Forces.
