According to traditional medicine, anemia falls under the category of deficiency syndromes, blood disorders, internal injuries with fever, etc. Besides using medication, great emphasis is placed on combining medicinal herbs and foods to create effective medicinal dishes, aiming to provide supportive treatment and actively maintain sufficient blood supply to the body.

The following are medicinal dishes suitable for both adults and children with anemia. Choose the one that is most appropriate, effective, and convenient depending on your circumstances.

Note that chicken skin contains a lot of fat, so it's best to remove it before cooking or skim off the foam from the surface after cooking. Additionally, animal liver in general, and pork liver in particular, while rich in iron which helps produce red blood cells, also contains a significant amount of cholesterol. Therefore, people with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or coronary artery disease should limit their consumption. Those with a history of chronic diseases should consult a doctor before choosing any of the above remedies.
