According to VnMedia reporters on the morning of December 8 in Hanoi, almost all Honda models have higher selling prices than the suggested price of Honda Vietnam. The new generation Air Blade 2016 model, after a week of being sold at dealers, still maintains a price 1.5-2 million VND higher than the suggested price. Specifically, the common selling price at some dealers in Cau Giay, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung areas is 40, 42 and 43 million VND, corresponding to the sport, high-end and magnetic paint versions, 2 million VND higher than the suggested price. However, some large dealer systems with good sources of goods have selling prices about 500 thousand VND lower than the general level.

Not only are the prices of new models hot, but the prices of old Air Blade models have also increased, mainly because Honda has stopped production, and at the same time, the habits and consumer psychology of many Vietnamese people are quite special. Currently, the retail price of old Air Blade models at Honda Kuong Ngan dealer (Nguyen Luong Bang street) is around 40, 42 and 47 million VND, corresponding to the standard, high-end/magnetic paint, and matte black versions, 1-7 million VND higher than the suggested price.

Honda Air Blade 2016 has a selling price 1.5 - 2 million VND higher than the suggested price.

The selling price of 7 million VND higher than the suggested price of the matte black Air Blade (old model) is recorded as the highest price currently because the SH 125i/150i model, which usually has the highest price difference recently, is currently selling for 73-73.5 and 87 million VND, 6-6.5 million VND higher than the suggested price.

With the same name SH, the new SH Mode scooter has been added some new colors by Honda, setting a fairly high price level. The standard version is currently priced at 54 million VND, the fashion and personality version is also priced at 54.5 million VND, 4 million VND higher than the suggested price/vehicle.

Honda's lowest priced scooter, Vision, has continued to maintain a high price for a very long time, currently selling for 3 million VND more than the suggested price, selling for 33 million VND. Thanks to large sales, Vision and Wave Alpha are the models that help Honda motorbike dealers 'make a fortune'.

Meanwhile, in the context of slowing general demand and competitive pressure from rivals, the mid-range scooter for women, Lead 125, is currently priced at the suggested price of 37.5 million VND for the standard version and only about 300,000 VND higher than the premium version (38.8 million VND) after Honda Vietnam has promoted a coupon to buy a car worth 1 million VND.

According to many dealers, the supply of scooters is currently more difficult than last month. A large dealer in Dong Da area said that since the beginning of the month, they have only received a few new Air Blades, while the SH mode and Lead models are no longer available for sale.
