Many businesses requested the tax sector to classify debts to have plans for tax exemption, extension and reduction suitable for each business; review the collection of land use fees; request the electricity sector to notify before power outages; request the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to promptly issue land use right certificates to facilitate businesses to mortgage banks for loans and handle land disputes; request the Department of Construction to promptly have specific policies on the use of unburnt construction materials...
