Quy Chau: Set a target of 80 - 85% of civil servants having university degrees

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to concretize and effectively implement Resolution 25-NQ/TW, term XI, on mass mobilization work and Resolution of the 25th Party Congress of Quy Chau district, term XXV, the Standing Committee of Quy Chau District Party Committee has just issued the project "Improving the quality of mass mobilization work of the political system in the period 2015 - 2020".

Accordingly, the general objective of the project is to strengthen the great national unity bloc, innovate and improve the quality of mass mobilization work of the political system; diversify forms of people's gathering, improve the quality and effectiveness of campaigns and patriotic emulation movements; promote the initiative and creativity of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, create consensus among all classes of people, mobilize all resources for socio-economic development, effectively implement grassroots democracy, create conditions for strong mass organizations, and contribute to the implementation of the goals set out in the Resolution of the 25th District Party Congress.

The project also sets out a number of specific targets such as: Striving for 100% of cadres, party members, and association members to be fully informed, implement, and study the directives, resolutions, guidelines, and policies of the Party and State on mass mobilization work, the work of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations and associations; 100% of mass mobilization blocs to operate well, over 50% to excellently complete their annual tasks; 80 - 85% of cadres doing mass mobilization work from districts to communes and towns to have university degrees; the rate of gathering union members and association members of mass organizations to reach 80% or more...

The project also sets out a number of key tasks and solutions, thereby continuing to improve the quality of mass mobilization work of the political system in the district.
