(Baonghean.vn) - Thanks to effective evaluation and classification of Party organizations in a substantive manner, in 2015, the number of grassroots Party organizations achieving the "clean and strong" status decreased by 3.3% compared to 2014.

In 2015, implementing the Central Committee's directives on collective and individual self-criticism and the evaluation and classification of the quality of grassroots Party organizations and Party members, the Provincial Party Committee directed Party organizations to carry out the classification of Party organizations, cadres, and Party members in a more substantive manner, avoiding the pursuit of achievements for the sake of appearances.

This is an important task in the Party building process, aiming to promote strengths and overcome weaknesses and limitations in leadership, management, and task implementation, contributing to enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; serving as a basis for building clean and strong Party organizations, and also as a basis for better implementation of personnel work, such as promotion, appointment, and personnel policies, in a substantive manner, avoiding formalism.

Also in 2015, the Provincial Party Committee continued to direct the implementation of the transfer, division, merger, and consolidation of the organizational system and apparatus in accordance with regulations, functions, and tasks, and in line with practical leadership and guidance.
