MC Lai Bac Hai Dang becomes deputy director of VTV9 channel

According to Vietnamnet's private source, VTV has just decided to appoint director Lai Bac Hai Dang as deputy director of VTV center in Ho Chi Minh City (channel VTV9) from November 12.

Lai Bac Hai Dang was born in 1979, a former student of the Academy of Journalism and Communication in Hanoi. He joined VTV very early. In 2010, he left his job to study abroad in Melbourne, Australia to get a master's degree in television.

Returning to the country, he took on the role of director of a series of programs Do Re Mi, Golden Bell, Who is a millionaire... Lai Bac Hai Dang attracted special attention when he was the General Director of the Seventh Wish program - a program with great humanitarian meaning.

However, due to not confirming the information in the program related to the busking couple broadcast on January 10, 2015, Lai Bac Hai Dang and the editor of the Seventh Wish program were disciplined and suspended from work.

After this incident, in June 2015, Lai Bac Hai Dang was assigned by VTV to be the Head of Vietnam Television Center in Hue.

In addition to his television work, director - MC Lai Bac Hai Dang is also known as the only son of journalist Lai Van Sam - a very familiar face to small screen audiences with many popular programs: Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, We Are Soldiers, No Limits...

Along with director Lai Bac Hai Dang, editor - MC Hoa Thanh Tung - Head of the interactive department of VTV's youth department - was also transferred to be Deputy Director of the Vietnam Television Center in Phu Yen.
