The accident occurred at around 9:30 p.m. on February 14 on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, right in front of apartment building C1 Doi Cung, Doi Cung ward, (Vinh city).

The strong impact caused both motorcyclists to be thrown off the bike and fall onto the road. The two victims were quickly taken to the emergency room in critical condition, the motorbike was damaged.

The strong push seriously injured two motorcyclists.
