Driver of truck carrying stones flees from traffic inspectors.

(Baonghean.vn) - When asked by traffic inspectors to check the load capacity, the driver of a truck carrying stones suddenly sped up and drove into a village road in an attempt to escape.

The incident occurred at 10 PM on December 8th. While on duty on National Highway 48, in the Hoa Hieu ward of Thai Hoa town, the Transport Inspection Team of Area 3 spotted a truck with license plate 37C 01248 traveling in the direction of Thai Hoa - Yen Ly carrying a large quantity of white stone, showing signs of being overloaded.

Upon detection, traffic inspectors signaled the truck to stop. However, the truck driver accelerated and drove into Thinh My hamlet road (Nghia My commune). Once at the end of the road, the driver stopped the vehicle and fled.

By the morning of December 9th, the truck driver was still uncooperative. Only with the assistance of traffic police (Thai Hoa town police) did the driver agree to present his vehicle documents, but he refused to show his driver's license. Given this situation, the authorities temporarily impounded the vehicle for further processing.

Upon inspection, the truck, which was carrying nearly 100% more than its permitted load capacity, belonged to Hai Ha Private Enterprise in Block 19, Quy Hop town.
