(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2016, on January 15, 2016, a working delegation of the General Department of Politics led by Senior Lieutenant General Mai Quang Phan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics - Ministry of National Defense visited, inspected combat readiness and extended New Year greetings to the Command of Military Region 4 and units in Military Region 4.

At the working session with the Military Region Command, Senior Lieutenant General Mai Quang Phan, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics, congratulated the achievements and results that the Military Region 4's armed forces achieved in 2015, and emphasized that in 2016, the Military Region 4's armed forces need to strengthen propaganda and education work, orient the troops' ideology, and always raise the spirit of vigilance against all plots and tricks of hostile forces.
