Provincial Party Secretary wishes a Happy New Year to the armed forces and Vinh City Party Committee

(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of February 2, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2016, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and extended New Year greetings to the armed forces, provincial police and Vinh City Party Committee.

Accompanying the delegation were comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of departments and branches in the province.

The provincial working delegation came to wish the commanders, officers and soldiers of Military Region 4 a Happy New Year. Welcoming the delegation was Major General Nguyen Tan Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Commander of Military Region 4. On behalf of the Party Committee, government, mass organizations and people of Nghe An province, the Provincial Party Secretary sent New Year wishes and new victories to the officers and soldiers of Military Region 4 on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2016; and congratulated comrade Nguyen Tan Cuong - Commander of Military Region 4 on being elected to the 12th Party Central Committee.

At the units, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc acknowledged the results that the units had achieved during the year, contributing to ensuring national defense and security, creating favorable conditions for stable socio-economic development.
