The Provincial Red Cross presented 3 families: Mr. Cut Pho Khut (Huoi Phuon 1 village), Mr. Luong Pho Phai and Mr. Cut Pho Thang (both in Huoi Phuon 2 village), each family with 1 breeding cow. These are the families with the most difficult circumstances in the border commune of Keeng Du.
