(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 7th, Mr. Dau Truong Son - Head of the Tan Lac Town Police (Quy Chau District) said: The Criminal Investigation Department of Quy Chau District Police (Nghe An) has temporarily detained Vi Van Sinh (29 years old, residing in Chau Nga Commune, Quy Chau District) to investigate the act of murder.

Previously, there had been a conflict between Sinh and Lu Van Phuc (19 years old, residing in Chau Hoi commune, Quy Chau district). On the night of March 3rd, Phuc and Sinh met at the house of Ha Van Chau (41 years old, residing in Tan Lac town) and the conflict continued.

At 0:10 AM on March 4th, a fight broke out between Sinh and Phuc. Sinh used a piece of firewood to hit Phuc on the head, causing him to collapse on the spot.

Phuc was taken to the Northwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital by local residents and relatives for emergency treatment. Due to the severity of his injuries, Phuc died later. After the autopsy, the police arrested Sinh to assist with the investigation.
