Attending the closing ceremony were Colonel Chau Tien Dung - Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4. On the side of Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command, Laos, there was Colonel Khan Thoong Vong Am Kha - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Political Commissar of Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command. On the side of Nghe An Provincial Military Command, there was Colonel Ha Tan Tien - Standing Committee Member - Commander of the Provincial Military Command.

After one month of training (December 7, 2015 - January 4, 2016), 35 officers and soldiers of squads, platoons, and companies of the armed forces of Xieng Khouang province, Laos, were introduced to, learned, and researched by officers of the Provincial Military Command on training methods for regulations, infantry combat techniques, and squad-level tactics; methods for drafting training lesson plans, and some contents on Party work and political work.

Awarding certificates to individuals with outstanding academic achievements

Colonel Ha Tan Tien - Member of the Standing Committee - Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command presented gifts to officers of Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command of Laos.

During the training process, the class of Lao People's Army teachers and officers was organized to visit Kim Lien and Truong Bon relic sites and visit and learn about training methods at units under the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.

At the end of the course, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command awarded certificates of merit to 10 individuals for their academic achievements.
