Comrade Dinh Que Hai spoke at the meeting on March 10. |
After inspecting some communes in Ky Son and listening to the report on the current situation in Ky Son, comrade Dinh Que Hai worked with leaders of Nghe An province and leaders of Ky Son district.
He suggested that Nghe An should continue to review and synthesize policies implemented in Ky Son, from which to propose specific policies to support economic development models. Take advantage of the State's support, gradually exploit the potential and strengths of the district, contributing to hunger eradication and poverty reduction for ethnic minorities in the area.
For illegal migration, it is necessary to mobilize the entire political system to participate, at the same time promoting the role of village elders. Sustainable planning, stabilizing the population of each village, in which attention is paid to border areas. For households that migrated to Laos and now return, the District People's Committee needs to provide initial support to help people stabilize their lives.
