Lệnh ngừng bắn ở Syria có lung lay nhưng vẫn được duy trì

Tổng Thư ký Liên Hợp Quốc Ban Ki-moon ngày 29/2 cho biết, lệnh ngừng bắn ở Syria tuy có bị lung lay nhưng hầu hết vẫn được duy trì.

Phát biểu với báo giới tại Geneva, Thụy Sỹ, Tổng Thư ký Ban Ki-moon khẳng định việc ông đã nhận được một lá thư của Ủy ban đàm phán cấp cao - đại diện cho phe đối lập Syria - tố cáo Chính phủ Syria và những bên hậu thuẫn là Nga và Iran đã vi phạm thỏa thuận ngừng bắn. Lá thư này cũng kêu gọi Liên Hợp Quốc cụ thể hóa những vùng lãnh thổ áp dụng lệnh ngừng bắn để ngăn chặn các hành động thù địch.

Meanwhile, the Syrian Foreign Ministry also accused Saudi Arabia of continuing to incite domestic opposition factions by continuing to demand that President Bashar al-Assad have no place in future Syrian politics.
