At the meeting, leaders of Quy Hop district and the Department of Industry and Trade reported to the delegation the results of the implementation of Directive No. 18/CT-BCT dated November 24, 2015 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on implementing solutions to ensure supply-demand balance, market stabilization at the end of 2015 and the Lunar New Year 2016 and the situation of goods circulation in Quy Hop district.

The district's interdisciplinary inspection team has coordinated well with Market Management Team No. 9 stationed in Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district. Since the beginning of January, they have inspected 150 cases, handled 120 cases, collected nearly 50 million VND for the budget, arrested 2 cases of transporting cattle and buffalo organs of unknown origin, 15 cases of expired confectionery, and destroyed goods worth about 80 million VND.

Comrade Nguyen Huy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, head of the inspection team, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that Quy Hop district has achieved in implementing Directive 18 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Quy Hop district is requested to continue directing functional forces in the area, especially Market Management Team No. 9, the Police, Tax, Forest Rangers and related units, communes and towns to regularly inspect, prevent and combat acts of smuggling, production, trading, illegal storage and use of fireworks before, during and after the Binh Than New Year.
