Since his school days, Thai Huu Thuan has been “in love” with second-hand goods, which we often call “second-hand goods”. He finds that these goods are of good quality, durable and have luxurious designs. Because most of them are products of world-famous fashion brands such as: Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Coco Chanel, Versace, Gucci, Dior, etc.

So, after graduating from university, Thuan opened a second-hand goods store. Now Thuan's store at 334 Nguyen Van Cu Street has become a regular customer base with the same interests as the young owner.

Thai Huu Thuan said: I decided to stick with this profession, mostly to satisfy my passion for old but "quality" items. I always try to make every customer who comes here happy when they own a satisfactory item.

Many times, customers choose new items that are both beautiful and fashionable, of good quality, so both the owner and the customer keep looking at them, admiring them, not wanting to leave, chatting and gradually becoming familiar, attached like family. Therefore, the customers who come to Thuan's store are mainly regulars, people who share the same passion as Thuan and his wife.

The products of the container are diverse, in which shoes and handbags account for a large proportion.

I am concerned about the hygiene of second-hand goods, especially clothes, because after all, these are items that have been used by others. Thuan affirmed: The goods are collected from second-hand markets in all provinces and cities in the country.

All of these items are purchased, inspected and disinfected by large dealers before being supplied to wholesalers. Although the goods originate from many countries around the world such as England, France, Japan, Korea, America, etc., they have all been “passed through” the hands of Vietnamese customers, most of which are collected by traders, mainly in Ho Chi Minh City. From there, retailers like Thuan and his wife come directly to personally select the items before packing them for shipping.

Thai Huu Thuan also used himself as an example to prove the safety of this item when he told the story of how Thuan and his wife met and fell in love, which also stemmed from their passion for second-hand goods, as if it were predestined fate.

Thuan's wife also went to university and was more than capable of finding a stable job in Vinh city. But because of her passion for second-hand goods, she was also determined to pursue a career in selling this type of goods. So, just because of her passion for second-hand goods, the two of them were brought together.

There were times when they lost money, but Thuan and his wife did not feel pressured or discouraged because their love and care for the old items in the store always helped them dispel all worries.
