The ringleader of the ring is Hoang Khac Dung. Che Dinh Vuong has a criminal record for theft and was hired by Dung to deliver goods to customers when requested.

Previously, through the work of controlling the area, Cua Lo Town Police discovered a place specializing in providing crystal meth to addicts in the area and surrounding areas with extremely sophisticated activities. Every day, this place has nearly 50 people coming to buy, operating from 7pm to 3am the next day.

After using many professional measures, on March 28, Cua Lo Town Police arrested two subjects and searched Dung's house, seizing 190.29 grams of crystal meth.

Currently, Cua Lo town police are completing the case file to prosecute according to the provisions of law.
