On March 15, the organizing committee announced the list of 60 winners in the national category, in which Vietnam's first prize-winning photo attracted much attention from experts. Second prize in the Best Photo category in Vietnam went to Ngo Thanh Binh with a photo of two children smiling in the rain. The organizers said the list of winners will be announced on April 21.
