(Baonghean.vn) - One of the difficulties that people in earthquake-prone areas often have to endure, besides loss and shortages of everything, is earthquake-related motion sickness.

Following major earthquakes, aftershocks exceeding 3 on the Richter scale are common. It's estimated that an aftershock occurs every 15 minutes. Combined with sleep deprivation and stress, many people living in earthquake-prone areas experience "earthquake sickness." This is known as earthquake sickness.

These past few days, people in Japan have been sharing acupressure and massage techniques to overcome motion sickness, which is even more unpleasant than seasickness.

This is an extremely simple yet highly effective method developed by Kanai, an acupuncturist.

According to this method, a person suffering from hangovers presses on an acupuncture point located on the index toe. Doing so is believed to alleviate discomfort.

Starting with your right foot, use your thumb and hand to pinch your right index toe (as shown in the image above) and press continuously for 7 seconds, then switch to your left foot.

You can also use this method if you suffer from motion sickness.

Remarkably, this method, when posted on Facebook, received 720,000 shares.
