Quy Chau: Synchronously deploy solutions to increase budget revenue

(Baonghean.vn) - The Standing Committee of Quy Chau District Party Committee has just held a meeting with commune and town party secretaries to review the socio-economic situation in the first quarter of 2016 and set out directions and tasks for the second quarter of 2016.

In the first quarter, the Standing Committee of Quy Chau District Party Committee directed Party committees and authorities at all levels to summarize, evaluate and classify units, cadres, civil servants and Party members in 2015, and at the same time synchronously implement the 2016 plan targets; develop programs, projects and plans to implement the Resolution of the 25th District Party Congress, term 2015-2020.

Thanks to that, the economy in the first quarter had a good growth. Total budget revenue in the area in the quarter was 7,502 billion VND (reaching 25.5% of the yearly plan assigned by the District People's Council and 29% of the province's plan, up 23.2% over the same period). Budget expenditure met operational needs in the quarter with a total expenditure of 85,998 billion VND, reaching 32.8% of the plan, up 99.1% over the same period. Total mobilized resources were 445.36 billion VND, bringing the total outstanding debt to 459.36 billion VND.

During the quarter, 325 land use right certificates were issued in the communes with a total area of ​​38.46 hectares to individuals and households. Four land lots were auctioned in Tan Lac town and Chau Binh commune with a total area of ​​782.26 square meters, collecting VND 1,141,183,500 for the budget.

The Standing Committee of Quy Chau District Party Committee has also set out tasks for the second quarter of 2016, focusing on leading and directing grassroots party organizations at all levels and sectors to implement tasks in 2016, and preparing and organizing well the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term.
