100% of voters at the place of residence trust the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to enter the new Provincial People's Council term

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 2, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hong Son Ward, Vinh City held a conference to collect opinions from voters at the place of residence for candidates for People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2016-2021 term residing in Block 10.

Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the Conference.

In Block 10, Hong Son Ward, there are 9 candidates for People's Council delegates at all levels, including comrades: Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee running for Provincial People's Council delegate, Nguyen Dinh Cat - Chairman of the Vinh City Fatherland Front Committee and Ngo Thi Huong - Deputy Head of the Vinh City Party Committee's Organization Board running for Vinh City People's Council delegate. Comrades Duong Phong Ba, Tran Quoc Khanh, Nguyen Quoc Hung, Mai Quynh Trang, Ho Thi Hoe running for Hong Son Ward People's Council delegate. Comrade Bui Thi Bich Thuy running for Ben Thuy Ward People's Council delegate.

Before voters gave their opinions on the candidates, the Conference Secretary briefed voters on the criteria for candidates for People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2016-2021 term; and presented brief biographies of the 9 candidates' education and work.

Voters express their opinions about candidates.

In the spirit of democracy, frankness and responsibility, voters assessed the 9 candidates as having closeness and close attachment to the people, good qualities and ethics; knowing how to care and help disadvantaged families and families with preferential policies; having active participation and contribution to the common movements of the bloc and the ward.

At the meeting, voters unanimously trusted the 9 candidates nominated to run for the People's Councils at all levels, and hoped that the candidates, when elected, would fulfill their roles and responsibilities as elected representatives.

Voters unanimously approved the 9 delegates nominated to run for election to People's Councils at all levels.

On behalf of the candidates for the People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term, Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the voters for their trust in the candidates nominated for the People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term.

On behalf of the candidates, comrade Le Xuan Dai also promised that whether or not they are elected to the People's Council at all levels, each candidate will fulfill their responsibilities and continue to contribute to the development of their homeland and country.
