(Baonghean.vn) - The National Highway 1A overpass in Yen Ly, passing through Dien Yen commune, Dien Chau, with a total investment of 348 billion VND, was put into use in 2015, but the residential road under the bridge is still open, posing a potential traffic accident risk.
