Trial of a group of young criminals in Cua Lo town
(Baonghean.vn) - On April 12, at the Nghi Hai Ward Cultural House, Cua Lo Town People's Court opened a mobile first-instance criminal trial of 3 cases of property theft and illegal drug trafficking.

According to the indictment, on December 26, 2015, the subjects Vo Van Toan (born in 1992), Vo Van Cong (born in 1998), residing in Hamlet 3, Phuc Tho Commune (Nghi Loc District), and Nguyen Dinh Dung (born in 1998), residing in Hamlet 11, Nghi Phong Commune (Nghi Loc District), committed the act of stealing some property of the people worth 3,890,000 VND.
Previously, on November 13, 2015, Dao Cong Phuc (born 1998, residing in Tan Ky district) sneaked into Cua Lo High School to steal a Yamaha motorbike, worth 24 million VND, from a teacher in the school.
At the mobile court, the defendants confessed their illegal acts. Based on the testimony and evidence collected, the People’s Court of Cua Lo town sentenced the defendants to 6-9 months in prison.
Also on the afternoon of April 11, the People's Court of Cua Lo town sentenced defendant Nguyen Hong Dong (born in 1980, block 9, Nghi Tan ward, Cua Lo town) to 7 years in prison. According to the indictment, Dong was arrested by the Nghi Loc District Police Investigation Agency on November 23, 2015 for illegally buying and selling drugs, the evidence seized was 0.05 grams of heroin.
