(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of February 21, during the working program in Nghe An, the delegation of Gifu province, Japan led by Mr. Hisashi Watanabe - leader of the Department of Commerce, Labor and Industry of the province came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site. Also accompanying were leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Nghe An province.
