Prohibited acts in election campaigning include:

- Taking advantage of election campaigns to propagate against the Constitution and the law or to harm the honor, dignity, reputation, rights and other legitimate interests of other organizations and individuals.

- Abuse of position and power to use mass media in election campaigns.

- Taking advantage of election campaigns to solicit funding and donations domestically and internationally for one's own organizations and individuals.

- Using or promising to give, donate, or support money, property, or material benefits to entice or bribe voters./.
