Hoa Son commune has 255 households, 1055 ethnic people, concentrated in 2 villages Vinh Kim and Yen Hoa. With the characteristic of having more than 30% ethnic people living, the commune has organized propaganda in all forms, in all different conditions and circumstances, to suit the people's ability to absorb.

In addition to regularly broadcasting news about the Election Law and voters' rights and obligations on the loudspeaker system at 12 village and hamlet cultural houses, Hoa Son commune also assigned relevant members to go down to the grassroots to propagate to the people.

Up to this point, the Hoa Son Commune Election Committee has selected and agreed on a list of 3 candidates for district-level People's Council delegates and 65 candidates for commune-level People's Council delegates to elect 28 commune-level People's Council delegates.

In this election, the Hoa Son Commune Election Committee has 6 election teams and 6 polling stations. Up to now, the whole commune has deployed 3 billboards, 6 wall slogans and 8 banners in the central areas. In addition, the commune election propaganda subcommittee has conducted 2 propaganda sessions, integrating election information through conferences in Vinh Kim and Yen Hoa villages for over 300 listeners.

Anh Son is a district with nearly 8% of the district's population being ethnic minorities, with 1,863 households, 8,219 people, living concentrated in 8 communes, 23 hamlets and villages.

Mr. Ngo Dinh Hung, Head of the Propaganda Department of Anh Son District, said: In order for the election to be successful, Anh Son District closely followed each election timeline to propagate to the people with many rich and diverse forms such as: Visual propaganda with mobile loudspeakers, drawing billboards, posters, banners, mobile vehicles and on mass media, internal newsletters; concentrated propaganda, integrated through village meetings, propaganda on the grassroots loudspeaker system.
