Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh visited and presented gifts to Major General Cao Xuan Khuong - former Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 and Major General Bui Duc Tung - former Commander of the Military Command of Nghe An province.

Expressing his heartfelt concern for the health and well-being of the Major Generals, Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh affirmed the important contributions of the Major Generals and the preceding generation to the cause of national liberation and reunification.
