Accordingly, currently, Australia has not signed a labor export contract with Vietnam and since September 2013, the Australian Government has implemented the toughest border protection measures with the regulation: without a visa, Vietnamese citizens will not be allowed to set foot on Australian soil.
Therefore, currently, any organization or individual that organizes Vietnamese citizens to export labor to Australia is violating the law.
It is known that currently, in Dien Chau district, there are about 50 people entering Australia through various routes such as studying abroad, tourism... Among them, many people have been returned to Vietnam, or are being held as refugees in oases that are not under the jurisdiction of Australia.
