(Baonghean.vn) - The investigation police team of Ky Son District Police has just successfully dismantled a case coded "120PE", urgently arresting a group of 4 subjects who were involved in buying and selling children to China.

Major Ha Ba Lia, captain of the investigation police team (Ky Son District Police) said: At around 7:30 p.m. on May 7, at Cha Ca I village, Bao Thang commune, Ky Son District Police discovered and caught red-handed Moong Van Tuyen, born in 1972, residing in Luu Tien village, Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son district, on his way to sell Luong Thi Pe, born in 2001, residing in Cha Ca II village, Bao Thang commune to China.

Expanding the investigation of the case, Moong Van Tuyen confessed that in early May 2016, Tuyen and his wife Vi Thi Hong, born in 1974, residing in Luu Tien village, Chieu Luu commune, discussed and agreed to buy Luong Thi Pe for 80 million VND, through her sister-in-law and Pe's biological sister, Moong Me Pheng and Luong Me Kham.

At 8:00 a.m. on May 8, Ky Son District Police urgently arrested Vi Thi Hong, Moong Me Pheng and Luong Me Kham for further investigation. At the investigation agency, Vi Thi Hong stated that the couple intended to buy Pe to sell to China to a person named Vi Thi Yen, Khe Nan village, Chieu Luu commune, currently living in China for 100 million VND. On the way to take Pe, they were caught red-handed by Ky Son police.

It is known that the couple Moong Van Tien and Vi Thi Hong have 2 children who are working and married in China.
