Streamlining more than 150 cadres, civil servants and public employees in Hoang Mai Town

(Baonghean.vn) - Hoang Mai City Party Committee has just issued a project to streamline staff and restructure the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the area to effectively implement Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated April 17, 2015 of the Politburo.

According to the Project, as of October 30, 2015, the town has 10 administrative units at the commune and ward levels with 1,517 cadres, civil servants and employees; of which, cadres, civil servants and employees of agencies, communes and wards account for 357 comrades = 23.5%; cadres, civil servants and employees of schools account for 1,160 comrades = 76.5%.

According to the Project's target, the rate of staff reduction by 2021 is at least 10%, equivalent to over 150 people who will be reduced. In particular, the Party bloc, mass organizations, departments, specialized agencies, and public service units under the Town People's Committee will be rearranged; for communes and wards, 20 staff will be reduced; non-professional staff at commune and ward levels will be reduced by 20, from 15 positions to 13 positions.

Hoang Mai Town identified solutions to focus on implementation such as: Promoting propaganda work on the significance and superior policies stated in Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated April 17, 2015 of the Politburo, Decree No. 108/2014/ND-CP dated November 20, 2014 of the Government on staff streamlining policy.;Review and reorganize the apparatus from the Town to the wards and communes; improve the quality of the staff, civil servants and public employees.
